Kurmanbayev conducted a business meeting on 24 April 2023 in Astana.As
a reminder: In 2018, KazTransOil signed a contract with CPC-K for services on
maintenance, repair and emergency response at the facilities of the crude
pipeline of Caspian Pipeline Consortium-K in the Republic of Kazakhstan for
2018-2023.
Completion
of programs of equipment major overhaul and maintenance at the Consortium’s
facilities on schedule and current safety indicators became topics of the
conversation.
It
was noted, that the Kazakhstani section was recognized as the winner in the
competition among CPC regional subdivisions at the end of 2022. During the
reporting period, employees passed the mark of 4.8 million man-hours, and 1.7
million kilometers of vehicle mileage without recordable MVAs. Representatives
of KazTransOil JSC made a significant contribution to these and other
achievements.

CPC Pipeline
System is one of the major investment projects with foreign capital in energy
sector in the CIS. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511
km. This route transports over two-thirds of all Kazakhstan export crude, as
well as crude from Russian oil fields, including those in the Caspian Region.
CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPM) that
allow to load tankers safely at a significant distance offshore, also amid poor
weather conditions.
