For many years, CPC-K has been among the leading enterprises-taxpayers of the Republic of Kazakhstan in general and Atyrau Oblast in particular. In 2022, the taxes paid to the Republic’s budget amounted to 37.5 billion tenge.

The results of CPC charity activity in Atyrau Oblast became an important topic of negotiations. As a reminder: in 2021, the Caspian Pipeline Consortium and Atyrau Oblast Akimat executed a new cooperation agreement for implementation of social projects as part of CPC charity aid program. In 2022, CPC’s charity support to the Oblast amounted to 1.28 billion tenge. In total from 2001 through to 2022, CPC-K allocated over 12 billion tenge towards charity projects. Among these projects, there are construction and reconstruction of schools, kindergartens and medical institutions. In September 2022, the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a 900-seat school in Atyrau took place.
