On 25 April 2023, General Director Nikolay Gorban
met with the Consortium’s Eastern Region team in CPC Office in Atyrau.General Director introduced Alexey Dmitryukov,
new General Manager, Operations, to CPC-K colleagues. Operation plans for the
current year were discussed, including the work scheduled under the
Debottlenecking Program (DBNP) implementation.
In the course of the meeting, the labor
protection and social guarantees to the Company’s employees were discussed. The
Consortium’s Head pointed out that the appeals received from the team did not
go unheeded and were considered in strict accordance with the Labor Code of the
Republic of Kazakhstan and international practice. Initiatives referring to
additional changes in the social package are submitted to the Consortium’s
Shareholders for their review.
Proposals on possible additional tools and forms
of strengthening the social dialogue between the East Region team and the
Company's governing bodies were also considered.
In addition, General Director informed the
attendees of the annual 7% salary indexation for CPC-K employees effective
April 2023 and of the appeal to the Consortium’s Shareholders for an additional
increase of the salary for the operations staff by 15%, for engineers and
technicians by 12% and for CPC-K managers by 10%.

CPC Pipeline
System is one of the major investment projects with foreign capital in energy
sector in the CIS. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511
km. This route transports over two-thirds of all Kazakhstan export crude, as
well as crude from Russian oil fields, including those in the Caspian Region.
CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPM) that
allow to load tankers safely at a significant distance offshore, also amid poor
weather conditions.
