On 18 May
2023, Caspian Pipeline Consortium donated motor and specialized vehicles to
social and communal institutions in Kalmykia. Mikhail Grishankov, Deputy
General Director, RF Government Relations, CPC-R, and Gilyana Boskhomdzhieva,
Chairperson, Government of the Republic of Kalmykia, handed the keys to the new
vehicles to entities’ Heads.Caspian
Pipeline Consortium purchased a GAZelle NEXT-based bus equipped with an
electric trauma-safe hoist and a Lada Largus-based car equipped with a special
ramp for transportation of people with limited mobility - residents of the
Elista Nursing Home for the Elderly and Disabled. The same passenger car was
donated to the Children's psycho-neurological boarding school with a department
for young people with disabilities. The Republican Social Shelter for Children
and Teenagers received a 7-seat version of LADA Largus as a gift from the
Consortium.
Municipal
Autonomous Institution “Communal Service” in Chernozemelsky District received a
combined road vehicle based on KAMAZ-65115. Thanks to the use of various
attachments it is versatile and adapted for all-season road cleaning, cleaning
of dust, dirt and snow, and for the application of de-icing materials on the
road surface.
A XCMG front
loader with attachments was added to the fleet of the municipal unitary
enterprise "Rural Road Service" of Iki-Burulsky District. The
vehicles are used to maintain and repair local public roads.
The total
value of the property donated by CPC exceeded 30 million rubles.
As a
reminder: in 2022, CPC General Director Nikolay Gorban and Kalmykia Head Batu
Khasikov signed a new five-year cooperation agreement between the Consortium
and the Republic. In accordance with the document, CPC has continued its
support to a number of socially significant spheres of the Republic’s life -
health care, education, culture, children’s sports, and targeted aid to the
most vulnerable population.

CPC Pipeline System is one of the major
investment projects with foreign capital in energy sector in the CIS. The
length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511 km. This route transports
over two-thirds of all Kazakhstan export crude, as well as crude from Russian
oil fields, including those in the Caspian Region. CPC Marine Terminal is
equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPM) that allow to load tankers
safely at a significant distance offshore, also amid poor weather conditions.
