SPIEF-2023: Heads of CPC and SBERBANK Discussed Ongoing Cooperation

20230615.jpgOn 15 June 2023, at the XXVI St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2023), CPC General Director Nikolay Gorban met with Olga Kharlamova, Sberbank Vice President, Director of Key Accounts Department.

The topic of their discussion was ongoing cooperation between CPC-R and Sberbank, CPC operations business plans for 2024–2027, digital transformation, and strengthening of corporate cybersecurity.

In particular, the discussion was focused on cloud solutions, automation of accounting documents management process, architectural consulting, etc.

For reference, Sberbank is a strategic CPC partner rendering it services related to cash management and payments and payroll project for its employees. With an extensive network of branches, Sberbank fully meets CPC-R needs in all Russian regions where the Consortium operates.

In 2019, CPC-R and Sberbank-AST entered into a cooperation agreement that allowed CPC to quickly, efficiently and safely resolve purchasing issues by using an e-trading platform.

The CPC Pipeline System is one of CIS largest energy investment projects that involves foreign capital. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511 km. This route moves over two thirds of all Kazakhstan export oil along with crude from Russian fields including those in the Caspian region. CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPM), allowing tankers to be loaded safely at significant distance offshore, including in poor weather conditions
