Federation Government Relations, CPC-R, and Batu Khasikov, Head of the Republic
of Kalmykia, handed motor and specialized vehicles for the total value of over
29.8 mln rubles to municipal and regional budgetary institutions. The vehicles
were purchased by CPC as part of its 2023 charity program.
An
excavator-loader worth 7.7 mln rubles was purchased for the municipal
autonomous institution "Road Repair and Construction Department"
(Elista). The universal vehicle in two-bucket version has a lifting capacity of
2.5 tons, a 95 hp diesel engine and extended functionality due to the
possibility of changing attachable equipment. The telescopic boom allows the
excavator to dig trenches up to 4.9 m deep.
MAU
Public Utility Service from Chernozemelsky District Municipality received
specialized vehicles for the total amount of over 7.5 mln rubles: two ChLMZ
MD.02 road vehicles and BELARUS-320.4M tractor. Thanks to the mounted plow-brush
equipment road vehicles based on the BELARUS 82.1 tractor can be effectively
used for cleaning roads and adjacent territories from precipitation and dust in
any season. Due to high productivity and low weight, comparable to the weight of a
passenger car, the BELARUS-320.4M mini-tractor is capable of effectively
solving tasks in the municipal sphere without adversely affecting the road and
sidewalk.
City and
district medical institutions of the Republic of Kalmykia received specialized
ambulances worth over 14.6 million rubles. Elista-based Republican Cancer
Dispensary named after E.S. Timoshkaeva received a minibus based on Gazelle
NEXT. The Republican TB Dispensary, the V.D. Mandzhieva Republican Children's
Medical Center and the Elista City Polyclinic each received one LADA Niva
Travel-based cross-country specialized ambulance. Two such four-wheel drive
vehicles were given to Iki-Burulsky District Hospital and two to Chernozemelsky
District Hospital named after U. Dushan.
CPC currently
interacts with the Republic of Kalmykia authorities under a five-year

significant spheres of the Oblast life - health care, education, culture,
children’s sports, and provides for a targeted aid to the most vulnerable
population. Particular attention is paid to purification of tap water to
