Krasnodar Municipality, Goryachiy Klyuch and Seversky District in Krasnodar
Krai felt tremors from the seismic event.
At 02:19 p.m.
On 24 January 2024, the seismic station in Obninsk registered a seismic event (located 28 km to the south-west of Krasnodar, 11 km to the north-west of Iljsky settlement) with a magnitude of 4.4 on the Richter scale and an
intensity of 4 points at a depth of 10 km in Krasnodar Krai.
Five
facilities of Caspian Pipeline Consortium are located in Krasnodar Krai:
Kropotkin PS, PS-7, PS-8, Tank Farm and Marine Terminal. As a note: PS-7 Pump
Station is located 30 km from Krasnodar Municipality.

According to
the results of preliminary inspection, no damages were detected on the pipeline
line pipe and oil transportation facilities, and there were no casualties. The
facilities operate in a routine mode, there is no threat to community and
environment.
