CPC and Gubkin State University Proceed with Interfaces on Charity Projects

DSCF1254.jpgMarch 04, 2025, CPC completed yet another charity project at the Gubkin Russian State University in Moscow. The official ceremony of equipment transfer was attended by Mikhail Grishankov, CPC Deputy General Director, RF Government Relations, Victor Martynov, Head of the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, and other officials.
Caspian Pipeline Consortium allocated funds to procure and install a high-tech LED screen, equipment and furniture for classrooms, and network devices.
The LED screen has been installed in the hall of the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas main building.  The screen displays important academic activity updates and up-to-date videos on the university events.
Furniture and equipment have been procured for the Russian language department including language laboratory, 16 classrooms and a conference hall.  The outfitting of the Russian language department is of international significance: currently, almost 1,000 foreign students from 90 countries receive training at the Gubkin University.DSCF1312.jpg

The network equipment received by the university, such as active control switches and support transceivers have provided an opportunity to upgrade the CCTV system, local area network and IP telephony.
Active interfaces of CPC and Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas started back in 2015 when the parties signed a cooperation agreement providing a framework for a number of delivered projects.  In early 2020, the Consortium's charity funds were used to repair and equip the Great Academic Auditorium and to create the Open Lecture Hall.
In 2022, CPC assisted the University with repairs of the main building entrance lobby.  The lobby was given back the appearance conceived by architect Boris Iofan who designed the building back in 1951.
