
On April 01, 2025, Caspian Pipeline Consortium handed over transport and vehicles to several budgetary institutions of the Stavropol Krai. Transfer ceremony was attended by Nikolay Gorban, CPC General Director, Nikolay Afanasov, First Deputy Governor of the Stavropol Krai, Mikhail Grishankov, CPC-R Deputy General Director, RF Government Relations, and other officials.
Vehicle fleets of Ipatovskaya and Novoaleksandrovskaya district hospitals were given one class ‘A’ ambulance vehicles each. The new vehicles will help replace older ones, which will make ambulance services more accessible and promote their quality for the local population. The vehicles are equipped with all necessary devices, such as shockproof external defibrillators with self-contained power supply and voice guidance, electrode pads for adults and children, oxygen reducer inhalers, pulse oximeters, express blood glucose meters, 3-lead ECG recorders c\w automatic mode, etc.
The Stavropol Krai clinical hospital received an x-ray unit with accessories. The unit is used to ensure precise monitoring during neurosurgeries of varying level of complexity. The up-to-date system assists doctors in monitoring medical tools and implants, which is essential in orthopedic surgeries, e.g., spine surgeries.
A seven-person passenger and cargo vehicle was procured for the Stavropol Krai branch of the Russian charity foundation ‘Rossiysky Detsky Fond’. This vehicle will be used to assist families in hardships, families having adopted children from orphanages and having children with disabilities.
Trunovsky District Municipality Children’s art school received a baby grand piano. This musical instrument is needed for pre-vocational education programs with more than 100 children currently enrolled.
The total value of the property donated by CPC to the Krai’s budgetary institutions is more than 30 million rubles.
In 2024, CPC allocated almost 100 million rubles to social projects in the Stavropol Krai. The Consortium has allocated around 1.3 billion rubles for charity throughout the entire history of cooperation with the region.
In close cooperation with the Region’s Administration, the Consortium consistently and regularly implements projects aimed at supporting and developing health care, education, culture and sports. ‘CPC to First Graders’, ‘New Year & Christmas holidays together with CPC’ and ‘Let’s Save Our Country’s Environment’ Environmental Awareness project are among the traditional charity programs.

CPC Pipeline System is one of the major projects in energy sector in the CIS. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511 km. This route transports over two-thirds of all Kazakhstan export oil, and crude from Russian oil fields, including those in the Caspian Region.
