111.jpgOn 19 August 2025 in Elista, the Caspian Pipeline Consortium handed over the buses procured under the CPC Charity Program for the budgetary institutions of Kalmykia. The ceremony was attended by the CPC General Director Nikolay Gorban, the Chairperson of the Government of the Republic of Kalmykia Gilyana Boskhomdzhieva, the CPC Deputy General Director for RF Government Relations Mikhail Grishankov.
A comfortable, modern and safe 53-seat bus was provided to the State Children’s Dance Company “Tyulpanchik” named after E.V. Tolkachev. In 2025, the company celebrates an 80th anniversary of its founder and a 10th anniversary of holding the title of “state”. The tasks of the institution include identification and support of dance-gifted children, development of arts concert programs, as well as arrangement of concert tours inside and outside the Republic.  The vehicle will make it possible for the company to stop the practice of an expensive bus rent to participate in major inter-regional and federal projects.
A similar bus was granted to the Budgetary Institution “Republican Youth Center”. The vehicle is needed for field training sessions in the district municipal entities, seminars and conferences to preserve cultures, involve youth in volunteer activities.
The total cost of the CPC-procured vehicles is RUR 35.4 million.2.jpg

In 2024, the Consortium allocated RUR 157 million for charity projects in the Republic. The Consortium tax remissions to the consolidated budget of the Republic of Kalmykia in 2024 reached RUR 3.18 billion.
Kalmykia hosts a 200-km section of the CPC pipeline and three pump stations: Komsomolskaya PS, PS-2, PS-3.
