Third Stage of “CPC for Talented Children 2025. Wings of Victory” Contest Completed

краснодар3.jpgThe third in-person regional stage of International Contest “CPC for Talented Children 2025. Wings of Victory” ended in October 2025. More than 7,000 children and teenagers, their teachers, contest judges, representatives of regional authorities and cultural and educational institutions took part in large-scale events held in the Astrakhan Oblast, the Republic of Kalmykia, Stavropol Krai and Krasnodar Krai.
The packed program for the regional stage included master classes from leading Russia’s teachers, distinguished artists, famous musicians and creative figures in the fields of choreography, vocals, theater and instrumental music. In a creative atmosphere, the contest experts shared the secrets of their craft, inspired young talents and helped them in their professional development.
Spectacular gala concerts were held in Astrakhan, Elista, Stavropol, Krasnodar and Novorossiysk featuring the best solo performers and creative groups at the end of the third regional stage. At the end of each concert, the winners were awarded diplomas and prizes. The most talented participants were given the opportunity to come to Moscow to take part in the fourth and final stage of the contest– the Moscow Meets Friends Forum and Gala Concert, which will take place on December 1 at the Gorbunov Recreation Center. The best contestants, experts and professional artists will take part in a large-scale musical and historical show concluding the military-patriotic cycle “Wings of Victory”.
“CPC for Talented Children” Project has been a significant event in the country's cultural life for many years. The key objectives of the festive contest are to support creatively gifted children, preserve and enrich the cultural heritage of the peoples of Russia and foster patriotism in the younger generation. In today's society, where spiritual and moral values are more important than ever, such comprehensive work with young people, combining art and historical memory, is particularly relevant and in demand.
The organiser of the festive contest, the Caspian Pipeline Consortium, this year also initiated and inspired an educational and creative movement dedicated to the heroic deeds of the people during the Great Patriotic War.  Young performers, music and theater groups, schools and studios prepared their performances, emphasizing respect for the memory of heroes, the creative legacy of the best works about Victory, love and patriotism. Each concert in the CPC host regions had its own name – “Spring of Victory”, “Roads of Victory”, “Diaries of Victory”, “Museum of Memory”, “Voices of Victory” – and each was distinguished by a unique creative approach, design and program of performances.
CPC for Talented Children contest has been the starting point for the young talents, it has been inspiring and joining the children, teachers, parents and creative teams from all over the country for more than 25 years. Over 20 thousand of children and teenagers - schoolchildren, participants of vocal and dance groups, theater studios, media labs and artistic groups take part in the contest annually. Caspian Pipeline Consortium sees its long-term charity project as an investment to the future and its contribution to creative development of the younger generation.

CPC Pipeline System is one of the major investment projects with foreign capital in energy sector in the CIS. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511 km. This route transports over two thirds of all Kazakhstan export crude, as well as crude from the Russian oil fields, including those in the Caspian Region.
