The Project is designed to increase the trunk pipeline capacity

CPC-R and REM signed a contract at REW

1.jpgOn October 16, 2025, as part of the business program of Russian Energy Week (REW), Nikolai Gorban, CPC-R General Director, and Dmitry Tumanov, General Director of UDM, REM Managing Company, signed at Transneft exhibition booth a contract for manufacture, supply, installation supervision and commissioning of 11 mainline pump units with common lube oil systems.
This equipment is part of CPC program of transition from gas turbine driven mainline pumps to Russian-made electric motor driven mainline pumps. The test unit that REM manufactured for CPC successfully passed test runs on March 12-13, 2025.
The Program to replace gas turbine driven mainline pump units will cover three CPC pump stations in the Russian Federation: A-PS-4A, Komsomolskaya PS and Kropotkin PS. Like the other Consortium’s stations, these PS will receive four VFD shelters and additional cable lines.
For this Program, CPC Contractors will be required to pull 110 kV high voltage power lines and to build 110 kV substations for A-PS-4A and Kropotkin PS. The high voltage line supplying power to A-PS-4A is expected to be 55 km long, and to Kropotkin PS - 11 km long. External power supply facilities for Komsomolskaya PS will be created by Rossety LLP from CPC-R funds.
This year’s Russian Energy Week is held in Moscow on October 15-17. CPC traditionally acts as a partner in arranging this international forum. The venues of the REW are once again Manezh Exhibition Hall allocated for the business program and Gostiny Dvor where Energy sector equipment and technology exhibition is held.
The annual Forum program at Manezh Exhibition Hall reflects the strategic issues of international and Russian energy sector development, bringing together representatives of Russian and international authorities, business, scientific and expert society members.
Among the goals of REW exhibition is combining the efforts of key sectoral players in development of the energy sector, raising its efficiency and reliability, as well as identifying the key import substitution areas for critical energy sector equipment and technologies.
