CPC Marine Terminal Building Damaged

The November 25, 2025 night drone attack on the Novorossiysk municipality rendered an administrative building at the nearby CPC Marine Terminal damaged with the drone’s combat fragments. The Caspian Pipeline Consortium’s Operations Control Center in Yuzhnaya Ozereyevka provides controls over the entire Tengiz - Novorossiysk system in Russia and Kazakhstan. With no injury, the personnel evacuated to shelters shortly after the all-town “Drone danger” alarm went off. Cargo operations suspended at single-point moorings.
Veniamin Kondratyev, Governor of Krasnodar Krai, named the night attack on civil assets one of the most lasting and massive hits as of lately: there are injured civilians and residential damages.
We shall remind you that a drone attack targeted the CPC Marine Terminal’s town office in Novorossiysk on September 24, 2025.
On February 17, 2025, seven drones attacked at once Kropotkin Pump Station - the major crude oil transportation unit of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium. The attack was timed, aiming to not only disrupt service of the facility, but also cause casualties among the station’s operations personnel. Repaired Kropotkin PS returned to operations in May, 2025.
