Meetings of CPC Corporate Governance Bodies

CPC-R Board of Directors’ Meeting and CPC-R/CPC-K Shareholders Extraordinary General Meetings were held in Dubai (UAE) on November 25-26, 2025.       
CPC General Director N. Gorban reported to the Shareholders on the Consortium’s business status including health, safety and environmental protection matters. 
Since the beginning of the year through November 21, CPC system transported more than 65.5 million tons of oil, which is 9 million tons higher compared to similar indicator of the past year. 
11.6 million accident-free man-hours worked and 28.4 million kilometers of total vehicle mileage without serious MVAs are the Consortium’s important achievements as of November 01, 2025.
CPC Shareholder representatives reviewed the Long-Term Investment Projects implementation matters, acknowledged and discussed the updates on the Reliability Steering Committee activities and current condition of the Tengiz–Novorossiysk Pipeline line bearing capacity. The meetings also discussed matters linked to security and physical protection of the Consortium’s facilities, and work under CPC social responsibility projects in the RF and Kazakhstan. 
Also, CPC-K JSC Board of Directors members were re-elected.

CPC Crude Oil Pipeline System is one of the major projects in CIS energy sector. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511 km. This route transports over two-thirds of all Kazakhstan export oil, and crude from Russian oil fields, including those in the Caspian Region. CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPM) that enable safe tanker loading at a significant distance offshore.
