On December 9, 2025, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between CPC-K JSC and UKAZ JSC at the Government House of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana. In the presence of Roman Sklyar, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the document was signed by Nikolay Gorban, General Director of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium, and Alexander Budris, General Director of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Valve Plant.
It was noted at the ceremony that cooperation between two large production enterprises is of paramount importance for the Republic: both of them are expanding their activities in the country in accordance with the strategic courses set by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and the RK Government, as well as in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Industrial Policy” and the Concept for the Development of the Manufacturing Industry for 2023-2029.

The Agreement aims to expand cooperation within the framework of the policy for industrial equipment import substitution and development of local production, maintenance and upgrade of valves, pump units and electric motors, as well as the implementation of various scientific and technical programs. The parties agreed to strengthen cooperation to introduce modern solutions into the products manufactured by UKAZ JSC.
The Agreement signing creates a basis for increasing the share of Kazakh-made equipment in the structure of main oil pipelines, reducing the oil and gas industry's dependence on foreign supplies and for creating new high-tech jobs in Kazakhstan.

The Ust-Kamenogorsk Valve Plant is the largest enterprise in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the CIS for production of industrial pipeline valves. The products manufactured by UKAZ JSC are supplied to both existing and newly constructed oil and gas production, as well as oil and oil product transportation facilities.
