The special vehicles were procured by the Caspian Pipeline Consortium under the 2025 Charity Program. The ceremony of keys and certificates handover was attended by the CPC Management, Deputy Chairman of the Stavropol Krai Government Nikolay Afanasov, Industry Minister of the Stavropol Krai Ivan Kovalev and Education Minister of the Stavropol Krai Maria Smagina.
The school version of the 19-seat buses of EURO-5 ecological class on the GAZel Next base features an air conditioner, four-point safety belts, a GLONASS positioning system, special light signals, external and internal loudspeakers, means of communication with the driver and other required devices.
One of such buses was received by the Municipal Budgetary Institution of Additional Education “Sports School” of the Novoalexandrovsk town. The school trains 470 young sportsmen, who travel for competitions of various levels at least 60 times a year.  The PAZ-32053 bus used by the school for such trips for more than 15 years objectively needed replacement by the level of wear and safety requirements.
Another recipient of a new bus was a branch of the State Budgetary Education Institution “Krai Center for Psychological/Pedagogical Rehabilitation and Correction”. The motor vehicle is intended for transportation of disabled children from remote districts of the Krai for psychological/medical/pedagogical examination in Stavropol to determine an education route.2.jpg

The school is located in the Podluzhnoye village, Izobilnensky District, Stavropol Krai. Its students are disabled children and a bus for them will be an efficient contribution to the Barrier-Free Environment Program, providing travel opportunities for excursions and other events.
