
Transfer of medical special purpose vehicles and interactive educational equipment took place in Elista on April 07, 2026. The items were procured within the framework of the CPC Charity Program. The key and charity giver certificate handover ceremony was attended by Batu Khasikov, Head of the Republic of Kalmykia, Nikolay Gorban, CPC General Director and Marina Olzyatieva, Deputy Chairpreson of the Republic of Kalmykia Government - Minister for Social Development, Labor and Employment.
Medical purpose four-wheel drive minivans based on Gazelle Business were procured for the V.D. Mandzhieva Republican Children's Medical Center and O.A. Shungaeva Perinatal Center.
Sulda Republican Center for Specialized Medical Care No. 2 received a 14-seat van based on Gazelle NEXT. The Republic of Kalmykia Blood Center was handed over an RF-manufactured passenger/cargo van.
A set of interactive educational equipment was transferred to the Elista social service institution (EDSO) that provides accommodation, medical assistance and social adaptation for kids and teenagers with disabilities, aged 4-18.

CPC performs charity activities in the Republic of Kalmykia under a five-year Cooperation Agreement signed with the regional authorities in April 2022. The document covers all socially significant spheres of the Republic life - health care, education, culture, children’s sports and also provides for a targeted aid to the most vulnerable population. Tax proceeds from the Consortium to the consolidated budget of the Republic of Kalmykia totaled 3.18 billion rubles in 2025.
Kalmykia is crossed by a 278 km segment of the CPC oil pipeline, with three oil pump stations located in the Republic: Komsomolsk PS, PS-2, and PS-3.

CPC Crude Oil Pipeline System is one of the major projects in CIS energy sector. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511 km.
