On July 27, 2026, the Caspian Pipeline Consortium resumed oil lifting at the Marine Terminal with two tankers berthed at single point moorings.
In addition, the Tengiz-Novorossiysk oil pipeline was restarted at 12:28 (Moscow time). CPC facilities are operating in a standard mode.
Further loading operations at the Marine Terminal will be carried out subject to emerging circumstances and tanker positions confirmed by shippers.

CPC Crude Oil Pipeline System is one of the major projects in the CIS energy sector. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511 km. This route transports over two-thirds of all Kazakhstan export oil, and crude from the Russian oil fields, including those in the Caspian Region. CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPM) that enable safe tanker loading at a significant distance offshore.
