1.jpgCaspian Pipeline Consortium contributed vehicles and special-purpose machines to state institutions in Elista, Kalmykia, on July 10, 2025. CPC General Director Nikolai Gorban and Batu Khasikov, Head of the Republic of Kalmykia, attended the ceremony.
The Iki-Burulsky Multi-Discipline Culture and Art Center and the Chernozemelsky Municipal Culture and Leisure Center each received a 19-seat minivan. During the key-giving ceremony it was noted there is a long history of cooperation between CPC and the Culture Centers. The Iki-Burulsky Multi-Discipline Culture and Art Center was built in 2018 using the Consortium’s charity funds. The Center was equipped with music, sound and lighting equipment required for lessons. CPC procured the Chernozemelsky Municipal Culture and Leisure Center renovated in 2021 with spectator seats, sound and lighting equipment, stage mechanisms and props, equipment for a dancing hall, make-up rooms, etc.
The minivans that have been procured this year will allow the Centers’ art teams to take an active part in republican, regional and international festivals and contests.
The fleets of utility work machines of Iki-Burulsky and Chernozemelsky Districts each received a tank truck. The special-purpose machines are intended for stable supply of drinking water to the community. It is worth mentioning that CPC already contributed a tank truck to the Arteziansky and Achinerovsky Municipalities in 2024. Over the last four years only, CPC procured excavator-loaders, front-end loaders, land graders, multipurpose road machines, tank trucks and other machines to support street, road and public space maintenance and supply the communities with free drinking water in Iki-Burulsku and Chernozemelsky Districts.22.jpg

The total cost of the equipment contributed by CPC on July 10, 2025, is 24.5 million rubles.
It should be noted that CPC’s engagement with the authorities of the Republic of Kalmykia is regulated by a five-year Cooperation Agreement signed in April 2022. The Agreement encompasses all areas of public interest in the Republic—health care, education, culture, children’s sports—and also provides for a targeted aid to the most vulnerable. In 2024, the Consortium allocated 157 million rubles to charity projects in the Republic. Tax proceeds from the Consortium to the consolidated budget of the Republic of Kalmykia totaled 3.18 billion rubles in 2024.
Kalmykia is crossed by a 200 km segment of the CPC oil pipeline, with three oil pump stations located in the Republic: Komsomolsk PS, PS-2, and PS-3.
