20220310-4.jpgA working meeting between Bolat Akchulakov, Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and CPC General Director Nikolay Gorban was held on 10 March 2022 in Nur-Sultan. The participants discussed a set of measures to ensure the reliable operation of the Tengiz - Novorossiysk crude pipeline, and the issues of its loading in the current world market conditions.

CPC General Director informed the Ministry Head that the Consortium was progressively implementing measures to monitor and minimize all risks that might affect the operations and safe transportation of oil through the pipeline system.

Currently, all our subdivisions and facilities are operating normally, all the employees are working in their jobs, the Company Shareholders are actively interacting and expressing their interest in CPC stable functioning," he emphasized, noting the well-coordinated actions of all project participants.

In 2021, Kazakhstani Shippers delivered 53,071,814 tons of oil through CPC pipeline system, which amounted to 79% of the Republic’s hydrocarbon export.

Since 2001, almost 670 million tons of crude oil produced in Kazakhstan has been delivered by the crude pipeline to the world markets.
