A new season of the International Contest of
children’s and youth’s art - CPC for Talented Children - begins on 5 March
2023. Exactly one month will be open for applications at www.ktk-talant.ru.Participants of the charity project with the
history of already 25 years will be granted an opportunity of performing at the
best venues in the country, revealing their creative potential and gaining new
knowledge. The peculiarity of the contest traditionally consists in an
educational program, including creative meetings, round tables and master
classes with experts. Competent jury is represented by highly qualified and
experienced professionals, teachers of creative teams, prominent figures of
culture and art, honored artists of Russia.
The contest geography covers the Republic of
Kalmykia, Astrakhan Oblast, Stavropol and Krasnodar Krai (a separate stage
takes place in Novorossiysk). Children and youth creative teams with
participants from 7 to 17 years old, inclusive, living in the areas crossed by
CPC crude pipeline, are invited to
participate (the list of districts and regional capitals is placed on the
contest website).
In 2023, the festival will have seven
nominations: Choreography, Instrumental Performance, Vocal, Chorus, Theater,
Social Video and Pedagogical Workshop. Each nomination contains several
categories - in total, more than 30 various areas are available for
participation.
After the first, remote, stage of the contest is
over, participants with 7 to 10 points will receive an invitation to the second
stage. Here, gifted children and their teachers can take remote master classes
from world-renowned artists and teachers. It is important to note that all
contestants will be able to participate in these events by pre-registering on
the website, not only those qualified for the second stage.
The third stage will be held in person. It will
include master classes, concerts of experts and regional gala concerts where
the contest winners will be awarded. The International Uniting Cultural Forum
-Moscow Meets Friends - will become the Festival’s fourth stage and highlight,
with young performers - winners of the qualifying stages from Kazakhstan will
join the Russian participants.
As a note: over 18,000 children participated in
the Project in 2022. The largest number of the applications came form Krasnodar
and Stavropol Krais. Fifty participants became the winners of the Grand Prix. More

CPC Pipeline
System is one of the major investment projects with foreign capital in energy
sector in the CIS. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511
km. This route transports over two-thirds of all Kazakhstan export crude, as
well as crude from Russian oil fields, including those in the Caspian Region.
CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPM) that
allow to load tankers safely at a significant distance offshore, also amid poor
