On February 11, 2021, in Novorossiysk the Caspian Pipeline Consortium effected transfer of motor vehicles to the hero city Administration’s Department of Culture. The Head of Novorossiysk Igor Dyachenko and Vladimir Chaikin, CPC's leading representative for relations with local authorities, attended the ceremony.
Municipal budgetary institution Centralized Community Center System received an IVECO medium-sized tourist bus. The vehicle sits 31 passengers. It is equipped with ERA-GLONASS emergency response system, a device preventing motion of the vehicle if its doors are not fully closed, a tachometer, an air conditioner and a multimedia system.
Centralized Community Center System municipal budgetary institution includes eight community and cultural centers of the Novorossiysk villages and settlements. This refers to almost 150 performing teams or 2,500 people. Many of these creative teams are winners of festivals and contests and are widely known in the city and across the region. As it was stated at the ceremony, a new comfortable bus will be of service to the teams while expanding the geography of their tours. It will also make the events of the city and its surroundings more exciting due to creative performances.
An IVECO cargo/passenger vehicle has been transferred to the Novorossiysk Municipality Youth Center. The vehicle sits 7 people, is outfitted with a GLONASS system, anti-lock braking system, anti-skid system and a dynamic control system.
The Novorossiysk Municipality Youth Center coordinates the activities of 38 cultural venues attended by about 5,000 people. The center regularly arranges trips of creative teams. It also hosts awareness campaigns, including environmental ones. The vehicle is supposed to cover all of the Center's requirements associated with moving the equipment and supporting the projects being implemented by volunteers.
Total cost of transferred equipment is about 9.2 million rubles. It should be noted that, in 2020, CPC allocated almost 90 million rubles to provide equipment, medical devices and vehicles to the people of Novorossiysk. Starting from 1998 and up to present, the Consortium has invested over 1 billion rubles in the Novorossiysk charity projects.

The CPC pipeline system is one of the largest investment projects with foreign capital in the energy sector in the CIS. The length of Tengiz-Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511 km; more than two thirds of all export crude oil from Kazakhstan and crude oil from the Russian fields, including those in the Caspian Region, are transported by this route. CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPM) that allow to load tankers safely at a significant distance offshore, also in poor weather conditions.
