The implementation of the Debottlenecking Program at the majority of the CPC industrial sites has entered the stage of completion. Startup and commissioning of new facilities is being followed by pilot operation. Progress of work and emergency readiness of personnel were checked by the Consortium management during a summer working visit to the oil pipeline facilities. In more detail, the DBNP progress was covered in the reports from the construction sites at Astrakhanskaya PS, Komsomolskaya PS and PS-2.

An important event of last summer was examination of the CPC Marine Terminal sea bottom by the EMERCOM of Russia within the framework of preparing for scheduled replacement of single point moorings. For details, see a special feature-story.

The 25th Saint-Petersburg International Economic Forum served once again as a platform for CPC to establish new contacts, execute strategically important agreements, exchange experience and views.

In summer of 2022, environmental and education project “Protect Nature of Our Native Land” was launched in the Kuban. The publication on the start and further plans for the Consortium interaction with the state nature reserve “Utrish” is supplemented with an encyclopedic research of the Black Sea in general – geology, history, nature.

Victories in sports for the CPC employees are commonplace. The Elbrus summiteers and other record holders are joined in this issue by a man who swam across the Bosphorus strait.
