CPC handed over hi-tech medical equipment to medical institutions of Kuban

SEM_6271_Foto_Ivan_Semenets.JPGA ceremony was held on 16th of March 2023 in Krasnodar where medical equipment purchased by Caspian Pipeline Consortium for regional healthcare institutions to the total value of 44.8 Million Rubles was handed over. Mikhail Grishankov, CPC Deputy General Director, RF Government Relations and Anna Minkova, Krasnodar Krai Deputy Governor, attended the ceremony to hand over certificates for the new equipment.
Regional Clinical Hospital #2 received mass spectrometer. This laser tool worth 30 Million Rubles provides fast identification of microbes using MALDI Biotype method, genotyping, amino acid sequencing and other operations that are important for such medical disciplines as oncology, embryology, histology.
Clinical Oncology Center #1 received automatic immunohematologic analyzer. This desktop instrument worth 8.3 Million Rubles can perform up to 96 tests per hour: blood group, antibodies, phenotyping and other lab tests. Microbiologic analyzer was purchased for Krasnodar City Children’s Clinical Hospital. This system worth 6.5 Million Rubles is used for identification of microorganisms and definition of sensitivity to antibiotics.
CPC provides support to organizations of the Ministry of Healthcare of Krasnodar Krai under the Cooperation Agreement updated in June 2022. In addition to healthcare, Consortium also provides support to children’s sports, educational and cultural institutions. CPC allocated approximately a total of 80 Million Rubles for these purposes in 2022.

CPC Pipeline System is one of the major investment projects with foreign capital in energy sector in the CIS. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511 km. This route transports over two-thirds of all Kazakhstan export crude, as well as crude from Russian oil fields, including those in the Caspian Region. CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPM) that allow to load tankers safely at a significant distance offshore, also amid poor weather conditions.
