On August 28,
2024, Elista hosted the delivery of equipment and special machinery purchased
by Caspian Pipeline Consortium for the republican children's rehabilitation
center, the Kalmyk State Philharmonic Society and housing and communal services
of the city and districts. Mikhail Grishankov, CPC Deputy General Director, RF
Government Relations, Batu Khasikov, Head of the Republic of Kalmykia, and
Gilyana Boskhomdzhieva, Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Kalmykia
attended the ceremony.
The head of
the KD RK “Rehabilitation Center for Children and Teenagers with Disabilities”
was presented with a Charity Certificate for the purchase of interactive
educational and correctional equipment, which included educational and gaming
terminals, multifunctional correctional game complexes, interactive tables for
classes with speech therapist and psychologist, correctional vests, desktop
computers and laptops.
The director
of the budgetary institution ‘Kalmyk State Philharmonic society named after
A.N. Mandzhiev’ received a Charity Certificate for the purchase of multimedia
equipment consisting of five LED screens and a unified digital control station.
CPC purchased
a grader and a tank-truck for food grade liquids transportation for Iki-Burul
district housing and communal services. Second grader was handed over to their
colleagues in Chernozemelski district.
Elista housing and communal services car fleet was enlarged by adding
two special machinery units: a Russian-made dump truck and a bucket mini-loader
were purchased for MBE ‘Gorodskoye zelionoye khozyaistvo’.
Overall value
of equipment and special machinery handed over to budgetary institutions
exceeded 51 mln rubles.
CPC is currently interacting with the Republic of
Kalmykia authorities under a five-year Cooperation Agreement signed in April
2022. The document covers all socially significant spheres of the Republic’s
life - health care, education, culture, children’s sports and it also provides
for a targeted aid to the most vulnerable population groups. In 2023
alone, CPC allocated over 130 mln rubles for charity projects implementation in
the Republic.

CPC Pipeline System is one of the major projects
in energy sector in the CIS. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline
is 1,511 km. This route transports over two-thirds of all Kazakhstan export
oil, and crude from Russian oil fields, including those in the Caspian Region.
