On September 23, 2024, in Elista, Caspian Pipeline Consortium handed over vehicles and special equipment for the needs of social and environmental institutions, as well as rural municipalities of the Republic. CPC representatives and Gilyana Boshomdzhieva, Chairperson of the Kalmykia Government, participated in the key handover ceremony.
The Adykovsky rural settlement received a safe and comfortable 19-seat bus. The village has a House of Culture, where the Baisachnra children's dance ensemble, a permanent participant of interregional competitions, was set up. In 2024, this cultural group became the winner of the international competition “Gold Field of Talents”. The bus will also be needed for trips to sports competitions for pupils of the Boldyrev Physical Culture and Recreation Complex as well as for organized check-ups of residents of the rural municipality.
The Virgin Land Residential Home for the elderly and disabled, located in the village of Troitskoye, received an 8-seat bus for transportation of low-mobility citizens. Equipped with special equipment, this vehicle will be able to fulfill the task of transporting citizens to medical and social institutions and agencies, as well as to cultural recreation venues.
As part of the “Let’s Save Our Country’s Environment” project the fleet of environmental special-purpose vehicles of the State Natural Biosphere Reserve “Blackland” was supplemented. This national park received an excavator-loader intended for earthworks for the development of wildlife watering points.
The total value of property donated on that day was almost RUR 16 million.
CPC interaction with the authorities of the Republic of Kalmykia is carried out under the Cooperation Agreement signed in April 2022. It covers all socially significant spheres of the Republic’s life - health care, education, culture, children’s sports and also provides for a targeted aid to the most vulnerable groups of population. In 2023, CPC allocated about RUR 130 million to charity projects in the Republic.

CPC Pipeline System is one of the major projects in energy sector in the CIS. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511 km. This route transports over two-thirds of all Kazakhstan export oil, and crude from Russian oil fields, including those in the Caspian Region.
