The signing ceremony was attended by Nikolay Gorban, CPC-K JSC General Director, Kairgeldy Kabyldin, CPC-K JSC Deputy General Director, RoK Government Relations, and CPC-K JSC employees.
The Agreement was drafted based on the ‘Industry Agreement on Social Partnership in the oil and gas, oil refining and petrochemical industries in the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2023-2025’. The Collective Agreement was passed for the first time in the CPC track record. The goal of the Agreement is to build favorable conditions for the company operations, ensure continuity and efficiency of operations, and improve the quality of life for the personnel.EAC_5839small.jpg

The Agreement was developed with consideration of the Company's optimized social package. The above effort was in progress throughout 2024 and required input from the management, relevant departments and a team of elected CPC-K personnel.  Specifically, the optimization led to an increase of one-off annual vacation payment and increase of the bonus on the occasion of the RoK Oil and Gas Industry Workers day. The amount of fitness costs to be compensated to employees was also increased, along with the allowance for the employees’ children New Year gifts. The amount of pre-school tuition costs reimbursement was also identified.  The package stipulates a sponsorship program to cover a part of scholarship costs for company employees’ children in secondary and higher educational institutions. CPC employees having at least a 7-year employment record with the company and entitled to a retirement pension at the time of employment termination, will be annually receiving an allowance on the occasion of the RoK Oil and Gas Industry Workers day.
The Collective Agreement between CPC-K JSC management and employees is signed for three years and becomes effective starting January, 2025.
