
Submittal of applications to stage one of the International Children’s and Youth Art Contest ‘CPC for Talented Children 2025. Wings of Victory’ completed with the onset of April, 2025. CPC host regions submitted 5357 applications, which is another record-breaking figure in more than a 25-year history of the contest.
The largest number of applications -1494 - arrived from the Krasnodar Krai, choreography being the leading nomination.
Young talents of the Stavropol Krai submitted 1458 applications; nomination Theater prevailed.
The Astrakhan Oblast released 1094 applications, the majority of them in the Instrumental Performance nomination.
Hero city of Novorossiysk handed in 843 applications, a prevailing number of them in the Singing nomination.
Young performers and creative teams of the Republic of Kalmykia sent over 468 applications. This region's performers were mostly interested in the new nomination called Creative Media.
Year on year, the growing number of applications and contestants of the ‘CPC for Talented Children’ has indicated that the event is becoming more popular both on the regional and federal levels. In 2025, the contest is dedicated to the 80th Anniversary of the Great Victory, and this has greatly resonated with children and youth. Every region's number of contestants has increased. More children participate on behalf of state musical institutions, private studios, social groups and associations. This underscores the scale of the contest, but also proves its significance for the young talents of Russia.
The new Creative Media nomination introduced in 2025 is definitely in the spotlight. Young contestants submitted entries in the form of reports, short movies and videos covering the agenda of youth and society.
The jury of the contest has started viewing and appraisal of the video applications received. Per the contest Provision, every competition entry will get expert appraisal and recommendations. The contestants selected to enter stage 2 will be entitled to consultations of experts and master classes.

CPC Pipeline System is one of the major projects in energy sector in the CIS. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511 km.
