CPC Helps to Renew the Astrakhan Municipal Special Vehicle Pool

18042025.jpgOn 18 April 2025 in Astrakhan, special vehicles were handed over for urban improvement purposes. The vehicle key presentation ceremony was attended by Mikhail Grishankov, CPC-R Deputy General Director for RF Government Relations and Denis Afanasiev, Vice-Governor – Chairman of the Astrakhan Region Government.
The above vehicles were received by the Astrakhan City Municipal Budgetary Institution “Clean City”. They will renew the Institution pool and will be used to clean the city territories, green areas, bridges and canals.
All the vehicles are fitted with modern reliable equipment. The motor grader has a bulldozer blade and a ripper/scarifier. The combined road vehicle on the KamAZ dump truck base has a quick-detachable sand-distributing equipment, a plough equipment with an angle blade, a flushing equipment with discharge nozzles, a washing rack and a sweep brush. The tank truck has a vacuum-pressure system with a pump.
The total cost of the equipment procured by the CPC charity funds is about RUR 35 million.
Just to remind, in 2024 the scope of the CPC-R social program for the Astrakhan Region exceeded RUR 160 million. The material base of the municipal services in the CPC trunk oil pipeline host regions and Astrakhan City over that period was reinforced, owing to CPC, with various modern special vehicles to the total amount of over RUR 60 million.IMG-20250418-WA0000.jpg

The cooperation between CPC and the Astrakhan Region Administration commenced in 1998. Over these years, the total Company investments in the regional charity projects have exceeded RUR 1.5 billion. Currently, the collaboration is accomplished under a five-year Cooperation Agreement signed in June 2024. The document covers all socially important areas of the regional life: healthcare, education, culture, children’s sports, ecology and provides for a targeted aid to the vulnerable population groups.
Within the framework of the Agreement and on an annual basis, representatives of the Consortium jointly with the local administrations carry out a preliminary analysis of the requirements in various social spheres, identify a list of priority projects, amount of funding, optimum timeline for implementation of charity projects, following the principle of target/territory orientation.
