
By the results of Stage II of the International Children's and Youth Art Contest “CPC for Talented Children 2025. Wings of Victory”, 3702 participants were declared laureates. 64 of them – Grand Prix holders, 810 – first-class laureates, 1998 – second-class laureates, 830 – third-class laureates.
In 2025, the contest set another record by the Stage-I applications - 5357 participants from the CPC host regions: Astrakhan Oblast, Republic of Kalmykia, Stavropol Krai, Krasnodar Krai and the Hero City of Novorossiysk. Out of them, about 60% of the contestants were admitted by the jury to Stage II, scoring from 7 to 10 points. The contest experts noted high level of competition and mastership, a major share of patriotic works.
Apart from the contest entries, Stage II included a cycle of webinars for teachers, heads of creative studios and educational institutions. The webinars comprised exchange of experience, discussions on methodological approaches to nurturing and development of young gifted persons, as well as issuance of advance training certificates to the participants. The teachers acquired new knowledge and practical tools, being already used in their day-to-day activities.
The Stage-II laureates face an in-presence Stage III: regional gala concerts, featuring awards and an interesting and spectacular program made of the best performances.
For more than 25 years, the contest “CPC for Talented Children” has been a launch pad for young talents, inspiring and uniting children, teachers, parents and creative teams from all over the country. Annually, more than 20 thousand children and teenagers take part in it — schoolchildren, members of vocal and choreographic groups, theatre studios, media laboratories and authors associations. CPC regards its multi-year charity project as an investment in the future, a contribution to a creative development of the upcoming generation.
