CPC Helped First-Graders Prepare For School

1.jpgOn September 1, 2025, 12,147 first-graders of the Kazakhstan Atyrau Region, and of Russia’s four regions - Astrakhan Oblast, Kalmykia Republic, Stavropol Krai and Krasnodar Krai - entered schools carrying the CPC-given backpacks. Under a traditional annual charity program “CPC to First-Graders” before the school year start, the schools of sponsored regions received gifts for the future first-graders - lightweight and convenient backpacks featuring full kits of school accessories.
The school backpacks weight does not exceed 700 g. as recommended by Rospotrebnadzor. Each backpack has adjustable shoulder straps, a waist belt, side pockets, and stable supports. The school backpacks and shoe bags fit the same style and feature light-reflecting strips contributing to safety of use during the dark hours and under challenging weather conditions. 
The kit of school accessories counts 43 items and includes a pencil case, a notebook folder, a drawing pad, color paper and hard paper kits, color paints, brushes, pens, pencils, felt-tips, plasticine, rulers, scissors and other school accessories. All items have safety certificates and comply with sanitary norms of the Russian Federation and recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Russia. 
In Astrakhan Oblast, 1,854 first-graders from Yenotaevsky, Krasnoyarsky, Limansky, Narimanovsky and Kharabalinsky Districts received gifts from CPC. In the Republic of Kalmykia, 2,016 backpacks with school kits were granted to first-graders of Elista, Iki-Bulsky and Chernozemelsky Districts. Stavropol Krai first-graders from Apanasenkovsky, Izobilnensky, Ipatovsky, Novoaleksandrovsky, Trunovsky and Turkmensky Districts received 2,112 gifts from CPC. In Krasnodar Krai, 4,056 first-graders from Abinsky, Dinskoy, Kavkazsky, Korenovsky, Krasnoarmeysky, Krymsky, Tbilissky and Ust-Labinsky Districts were prepared for school in the same way. In Novorossiysk, 1,692 first-graders received gifts from CPC. In the Indersky, Makhambetsky, and Kurmangazinsky Districts of the Atyrau Region, as well as in the town of Kulsary, 417 schoolkids received CPC gifts.
3.jpgThe “CPC to First-Graders” charity program has been implemented on a permanent basis in the host regions since 2011. The school gear from the Consortium, on the one hand, helps children to feel more comfortable in the new conditions of starting school life, on the other hand - serves as a timely support to parents in their family budgeting.
Support for socially significant areas of society life and humanitarian development of the regions crossed by the CPC pipeline is among the most important Company's priorities. Education, health care, culture and children's sports are priority areas. In addition to CPC to First-Graders, New Year and Christmas Holidays together with CPC, CPC for Talented Children Festival-Contest and Protect Nature of Our Native Land Awareness Project are famous among the traditional charity programs.2.jpg
