On
October 12, 2025 the Kalmyk State Puppet Theater ‘Dzhangar’ in Elista housed a
gala concert closing the third in-person regional stage of the “CPC for
Talented Children 2025. Wings of Victory” International Contest. The
large-scale event given by 200 young performers was staged for more than 200
spectators and attended by Gilyana Boskhomdzhiyeva, the Chairperson of the
Republic of Kalmykia Government. Award of winners and laureates of the third
regional round of the competition took place at the end of the concert program,
where the participants of the International Unifying Cultural Forum - Moscow
Meets Friends - were also named.
Nearly
400 contestants took part in workshops held on October 10-11, on the eve of the
gala concert. The masters who shared their professional skills included Yulia
Pestova, actress of the Moscow Provincial Theater (Theater, Declamation Class);
Maria Safonova, laureate of International Contests of Ballet Dancers and
Choreographers (Folk Dance Choreography Class); Vadim Yevteev, singer, vocal
coach, vocal arts master, sound producer (Pop Singing Class); Nikolay Kozhin,
laureate of International Contests, teacher of the Tchaikovsky Moscow State
Conservatory, pianist, conductor (Piano Class); Irina Kolosova, the head of the
N. P. Osipov State Russian Folk Orchestra (Guitar, Balalaika Class); Nikolay
Ageyev, associate professor of the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (Wind
Instruments Class).
CPC
for Talented Children contest has been the starting point for the young
talents, it has been inspiring and joining the children, teachers, parents and
creative teams from all over the country for more than 25 years. Over 20
thousand of children and teenagers - schoolchildren, participants of vocal and
dance groups, theater studios, media labs and artistic groups take part in the
contest annually. Caspian Pipeline Consortium sees its long-term charity
project as an investment to the future and its contribution to creative
development of the younger generation.
