
On December 3, 2025, CPC handed over motor vehicles to the Gubkin University for student practical sessions and field events. The handover ceremony was attended by Mikhail Grishankov, CPC Deputy General Director for RF Government Relations and Viktor Martynov, Rector of the Gubkin Oil and Gas University.
The higher educational institution received three Russian-made motor vehicles: motorcoach “PAZ Vector Next”, minibuses “GAZel” and “UAZ”. This supplement to the institution motor pool will make it possible for professors and students to make regular visits to the structural subdivisions of the Gubkin Oil and Gas University located in the Moscow Oblast and Tver Oblast.

The charity cooperation between CPC and the Gubkin University has systematic nature. Just in 2025, the CPC funds were used to procure network devices, furniture and equipment were purchased for the classrooms, including the Russian-language laboratory, where students from 90 countries of the world pursue their studies.

CPC and the Gubkin University have been engaged in active interaction since 2015, when the parties signed a cooperation agreement, under which quite a few projects have been implemented. So, by the beginning of 2020, the Big Academic Auditorium was repaired and equipped and the Open Lecture Hall was set up out of the Consortium charity funds.
In 2022, CPC helped the Gubkin University to repair the entrance space in the main building. It reacquired the look intended by the architect Boris Iofan, who designed the University building in 1951.
