CPC Supports Municipal Institutions in Novorossyisk

33.jpgOn January 20, 2026, social purpose vehicles, purchased under the charity program of Caspian Pipeline Consortium, were handed over to municipal institutions in Novorossyisk Municipality. Nikolay Gorban, CPC General Director, Andrey Kravchenko, the Head of the Hero-City of Novorossiysk Municipality, and other officials participated in the event.
Four Class A ambulance cars were transferred to Municipal Hospital No. 1. These specialized motor vehicles are outfitted with all necessary equipment: medical wheelchairs, air recirculation and disinfection units, breathing sets with oxygen cylinders, defibrillators, portable pulse oximeters, emergency medical care kits, as well as obstetric, burn treatment and epidemic prevention kits, catheterization units, radio and mobile communication devices, etc.
The ambulances make possible swift delivery of medical brigades to incident and emergency call locations, as well as enable continuous condition monitoring of patients while transporting them to hospitals.
It should be noted that CPC has been supporting healthcare institutions of the hero city for many years. The Company has been purchasing ambulance cars and handing over state-of-the-art medical equipment. The largest projects of the kind are the overhaul of City Polyclinic No. 2 (2017), which was essentially rebuilt after its construction in 1958; the construction of two modern general practitioner offices and two paramedic and midwifery stations in four villages of the Glebovsky rural district (Novorossiysk Municipality) in order to replace dilapidated buildings dating back to 1949-1964. For decades, the Consortium has also supplied the most modern and highly demanded equipment for medical institutions in Novorossiysk, such as City Hospital No. 1, the City Children's Hospital, the Perinatal Center, the Children's Dental Clinic, Infectious Diseases Hospital No. 3, city clinics, the Clinical Diagnostic Center, etc.22.jpg

Furthermore, keys for two school buses (26 seats each) were handed over to municipal officials the same day. These vehicles were transferred to Ostrovsky School No. 30 in Abrau-Durso village and to School No. 14 in Verkhnebakansky village. The new buses are equipped with everything necessary for comfortable and safe transportation of students: GLONASS/GPS satellite navigation system, comfortable passenger seats with 4-point seat belts, tinted windows and air conditioning, flashing lights, a speed limiter, non-slip floor covering, etc. All this ensures that buses always bring students at the beginning of classes every day and successfully return children home after classes are over.
Over many decades the Consortium has been purchasing school buses for the village schools located in Novorossiysk municipality, helping to upgrade vehicle fleet as the legally permitted service life of such buses does not exceed 10 years.  As a reminder, CPC donated two school buses (35 seats each) last year, one to School No. 25 in Semigorsky khutor, and the other one to Lastovitsky School No. 31 in Gleboskoye village. The need in additional vehicles was caused by a significant increase of the number of pupils in these schools.
