On September 22, the 200,000,000th ton of crude oil was lifted at the Marine Terminal of Caspian Pipeline Consortium near Novorossiysk since commencement of the CPC pipeline operations.

Caspian Pipeline Consortium certified per international environmental standard

Certification audit of the Environmental Management System (EMS) by the world renowned certifying entity, BSI Management Systems, has successfully been completed. It confirmed the compliance of the CPC developed and introduced EMS governing the operations of all its divisions per international environmental ISO 14001:2004 and awarded a Certificate.

During the 1st quarter 2009, Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) loaded out 8765 thousand tons of crude oil at its Marine Terminal near Novorossiysk, which is 20.5% more than in the same period last year (7272 thousand tons). In March, 3044 thousand tons were loaded, or 22% more than in March 2008.

CPC Resumes Crude Shipments

Caspian Pipeline Consortium has fully resumed crude shipments on the Tengiz-Atyrau section in Kazakhstan this morning. Repairs at KP 179 have been successfully completed with the entire defective pipe section replaced with new pipe. Land reclamation activities are in progress

In January CPC lifted over 3 MMT of oil for export

In January 2009 Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) lifted 3.010 thousand tons (23.6 M barrels) of crude oil from its Marine Terminal near Novorossiysk, which is the maximum oil quantity lifted in a calendar month since the commencement of the pipeline operation.

In December 2008 the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) lifted 2,976 thousand tons of crude oil through its Marine Terminal near Novorossiysk, the maximum monthly lifting rate of the entire period of operation.
