A CPC delegation, led by General Director Nikolai Gorban takes part in the XXV St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2022). The event takes place in St. Petersburg from 15 to 18 June 2022. CPC delegation also includes Mikhail Grishankov, Deputy General Director, RF Government Relations, Kairgeldy Kabyldin, Deputy General Director RK Government Relation, Vladimir Shmakov, General Manager, Operations, Igor Lisin, Technical Director, Dmitry Ryzhik, Procurement Manager.

CPC traditionally acts as a partner of the business program of the international Forum, dedicated to the global and Russian economy, social issues and technology development. During the current Forum, it is planned to hold a series of business meetings, sign a number of agreements with the administrations of the Regions of CPC presence, as well as with one of the state corporations of the Russian Federation.

The SPIEF has been held since 1997, and since 2006, it has been held under the auspices of the President of the Russian Federation.

In 2021, the SPIEF became the world's first and largest in-person business event after the forced hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic and was held using modern digital technology. During the four days of the Forum more than 13,500 participants from 141 countries attended, including representatives of more than 1,000 organizations and media from 46 countries.

CPC Pipeline System is one of the major investment projects with foreign capital in energy sector in the CIS. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511 km. This route transports over two thirds of all Kazakhstan export crude, as well as crude from Russian oil fields, including those in the Caspian Region. CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPMs) that allow to load tankers safely at a significant distance offshore, also amid poor weather conditions.
