CPC and Starstroi Leaders Had A Working Meeting at Consortium’s Facilities

A working meeting between Nikolay Gorban, General Director of the International Consortium, and Mikhail Baskachev, General Director of STARSTROI LLC, was held on 19 June 2022 at CPC Marine Terminal in Yuzhnaya Ozereevka. The partied discussed the Companies’ cooperation during prompt and scheduled maintenance of CPC crude pipeline system facilities. Particular attention was given to safe work and labor protection, equipment supplies, availability of necessary resources and means to implement operation and repair activities.

STARSTROY LLC is CPC lead contractor for operation and maintenance of the Consortium’s pipeline system. Qualitative and modern maintenance of equipment of the Pss, line section and control systems is a guarantee of failure-free operation of the entire Tengiz-Novorossiysk crude pipeline.

The CPC Pipeline System is one of CIS largest energy investment projects that involves foreign capital. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511 km. This route moves over two thirds of all Kazakhstan export oil along with crude from Russian fields including those in the Caspian region. CPC Marine Terminal is equipped with three Single Point Moorings (SPM), allowing tankers to be loaded safely at significant distance offshore, including in poor weather conditions
