A gala concert and award of the winners of the
second (regional) stage of the CPC to Talented Children-2022 festival took
place on 19 October 2022 in Elista in the Kalmyk State Puppet Theater
‘Dzhangar’. The solemn ceremony was attended by young contestants and their
teachers, Igor Storozhenko, CPC-R General Manager, Public and Authorities
Relations, Saglar Tyurbeyeva, Minister of Culture and Tourism, Elzyatya
Matsakova, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kalmykia
and other officials.On the eve, October 16-18, the winners of the
first (off-line) stage together with their tutors participated in the master
classes arranged by arts celebrities and laureates of various international
contests. Among them are Tatyana Sharova, honored artist of Russia, teacher and
innovator, soloist of Russian State Capella, Ulyana Kostina, artistic director
of Musical Theater "BRAVO", two-time holder of the golden medals of
Delphic Games of Russia, choreographer Irina Dubakina, teacher and ballet
master of modern trends in International Center of Contemporary Dance
"VORTEX", Alexander Koltsov, theater and cinema actor, honored art
professional of Moscow, and others.
In total, almost 1.8 thousand young talents from
25 settlements of the Republic took part in the CPC to Talented Children - 2022
festival. They presented more than 700 videos to the jury.
The contest winners and laureates selected by the
professional jury received the certificates for a trip to Moscow, where the
third, final, stage of the festival - the Uniting Cultural Forum - will take
place on 25-29 November 2022. There winners of the CPC to Talented Children
festival from other regions of CPC presence, including Kazakhstan, will join
participants from Kalmykia. In total, more than 18 thousand people took part in
the contest this year.

CPC Pipeline
System is one of the major investment projects with foreign capital in energy
sector in the CIS. The length of the Tengiz – Novorossiysk pipeline is 1,511
