From 29 to 30 September 2026, representatives of CPC Shareholders in the CPC-R and CPC-K governance bodies met in Istanbul to discuss current operations and future development plans for CPC.
CPC General Director Nikolay Gorban presented a report on CPC business status, health, safety, and environmental protection. During the first eight months of 2026, the CPC team and contractor representatives worked 8.2 million man-hours without incidents, and the fleet traveled 42 million kilometers without MVAs. The Company is making steady progress in advancing its Safe Working Culture and Leadership Program in occupational safety, health and environmental protection. In the first half of this year, a community of tutor leaders was formed across all CPC divisions to promote the implementation of leadership practices.
From January 1 through September 25, 2026, oil liftings at the Marine Terminal (MT) totaled nearly 50 million tons, which is 4 million tons less than during the same period last year. The number of loaded tankers was 397 (compared with 453 during the same period last year).
The decline in oil liftings at the MT in 2026 was influenced by the SPM incident in 2025, lower volumes delivered from Tengizchevroil LLP in the first quarter of this year, an increased duration of alert signals in the Novorossiysk area and an increased number of days on which loading was impossible due to adverse weather conditions.
During the meetings, the Shareholders were updated on the progress of the 2027–2036 CPC Development Strategy. They were then presented with the results of the work of the Reliability Steering Committee and information on the status of the CPC pipeline linepipe bearing capacity. Members of the CPC governance bodies then discussed the progress of long-term investment projects, as well as proposals for optimizing crude oil throughput modes.
The Shareholders discussed issues related to comprehensive cost optimization within the Company.
Members of the CPC-R and CPC-K Boards of Directors were elected during the meetings.
