On December 10, 2019 CPC management officials and Stavropol krai administration summarized the regional project on protection and recovery of red deer and sika deer populations as part of CPC’s environmental and educational project “Let us save our environment”.

On 29 November 2019, Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) in coordination with AO KazTransOil (KTO) and ТОО Tengizchevroil (ТCО) conducted in the Republic of Kazakhstan a comprehensive joint practical drill (CJPD) to remedy consequences of an installation defect at KP 20 of the Tengiz-Novorossiysk trunk oil pipeline.
On 3 December 2019, Novorossiysk hosted a ceremony of donating 10 passenger buses to the residents of the city.
In November 2019, CPC Marine Terminal (MT) lifted 5 463 814 gross tons (43 256 431 barrels) of crude oil, 51 tankers were handled.
Caspian Pipeline Consortium-R Board of Directors and Caspian Pipeline Consortium-R and Caspian Pipeline Consortium-K Extraordinary Shareholders Meetings were held on November 26–27, 2019 in Moscow.
On November 20, 2019, CPC Marine Terminal in Yuzhnaya Ozereevka loaded the 6,000th marine tanker since the Consortium started to operate.
On November 19, 2019, in Nur-Sultan (Republic of Kazakhstan), Kairgeldy Kabyldin, CPC-K Deputy Director General for Relations with the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Amangeldy Tynshimov, Director of Aktau Machine Building Plant (AMZ), signed a contract for the supply of equipment for the CPC-K facilities.
On November 15, 2019, a contract for supply of mainline pump units and rotors was signed by and between Caspian Pipeline Consortium and Flowserve in the CPC Moscow Office.
In September 2019, CPC personnel and its contractors achieved the milestone of 10 million hours worked without recordable injuries and incidents.
7 November 2019 Caspian Pipeline Consortium donated the latest video projection and audio amplification equipment to Novorossiysk City Theater.
In October 2019, CPC Marine Terminal (MT) lifted 5 490 387 gross tons (43 460 564 barrels) of crude oil, 53 tankers were handled. October lifting schedule was completed in full.
